Found Garbage Disposal Unresponsive When Powered On And Found No Reset. Found Hose Faucet In Front Of Home To Have Vacuum Breaker Very Loose And Allowing Leaking When Operating. Found Incoming Water Filter On Tankless Unit Leaking Due To Excessive Build Up. Performed Flush On Navien Tankless Water Heater. Cleaned Inlet Screen And Re Installed. Installed Client Provided Kitchen Sink Faucet. Provided And Installed New Garbage Disposal. Operated All Fixtures To Test Operation.

Client States He Cycled T P Several Times And Unable To Re Seal Properly. Attempted To Cycled T P To Re Seal Correctly And Unable To Do So. Still A Slow Leak Through T P Valve. Turned Temperature At Unit Down To 120 Degrees. Will Provide Estimate For 50 Gal Bradford White Propane Powervent Water Heater And Take Pictures For Estimate Of Tankless Water Heater.
