HVAC Tune-Ups ($25 for Air Conditioner and $50 for Heat Pump)

• HVAC tune-ups must be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor and cannot be self-performed
• NIPSCO residential gas service required for boiler tune-up
• NIPSCO residential electric service required for AC tune-up
• HVAC tune-up checklist are required for all tune-ups: see sample A/C checklist or sample boiler checklist
• Pre- and post-combustion test are required for all boiler tune-ups
• HVAC tune-ups are limited to one tune-up per equipment type, per installation address every three (3) years

High-Efficiency Natural Gas Boiler

Naturally Efficient

Modern natural gas boilers feature more efficient designs and new combustion technologies that can produce more heat from the same fuel. Take advantage of this up to $600 rebate to upgrade yours and cozy up to savings all winter.

Must be installed by a licensed contractor unless noted, and replace a natural gas heating system with a 92%+ AFUE natural gas boiler with boiler reset control. Not eligible if boiler is part of a system with an air source heat pump or ground source (geothermal) heat pump system.

High-Efficiency Natural Gas Furnace

Use Less and Save More.

The higher the AFUE, the more efficient the furnace. Upgrade to one with an AFUE of at least 98 to qualify for up to a $350 rebate along with years of savings.

Must replace existing natural gas heating system with a 94+, 96+ or 98+ AFUE natural gas furnace. Not eligible if boiler is part of a system with an air source heat pump or ground source (geothermal) heat pump system.

To help you save even more, we also offer rebates on programmable and Wi-Fi thermostats.

• Must be a residential SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company delivery service customer at the time of equipment installation
• Equipment must be serviced between January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024
• Application must be submitted within 60 days from service date or by December 31, 2024, whichever comes first
• Equipment must meet the stated requirements to qualify for a rebate
• Rebate cannot exceed the cost of the measure
