Must be installed by a licensed contractor unless noted, and replace a natural gas heating system with a 90%+ AFUE natural gas boiler with boiler reset control. Not eligible if boiler is part of a system with an air source heat pump or ground source (geothermal) heat pump system.

The higher the AFUE, the more efficient the furnace. Upgrade to one with an AFUE of at least 98 to qualify for up to a $450 rebate along with years of savings.
Must replace existing natural gas heating system with a 94+, 96+ or 98+ AFUE natural gas furnace. Not eligible if boiler is part of a system with an air source heat pump or ground source (geothermal) heat pump system.
