Technician Invoice Notes: Call To Inspect Emergency/auxiliary Heat In Air Handler For Proper Operation Due To High Utility Bills. Upon Arrival Found Only One Stage Of Electric Heat Energized. After Further Investigation Found Control Wiring Mis-wired From Thermostat To Air Handler. Re-configured Control Wiring And Verified All Three Stages Of Heat Are Operating Properly. Unit Is Heating Properly At This Time In Emergency Heat Mode. Client Needs A New Outdoor TXV Replacement (broken TXV Bulb) In The Heat Pump To Further Investigate Heat Pump Operation.
