Service And Cleaned Furnace. Checked Air Filter, Blower Wheel And Evaporator Coil. HSI 48 Ohms. Cleared Drain Lines And Trap. Checked Operation Of Condensate Pump. Cleaned Burners And Crossovers. Inspected Heat Exchanger Finding No Failures At This Time. System Is Heating Properly At This Time With A Temperature Rise Of 60° Investigated Leak At Mini Split Head Unit. Found Filters Severely Clogged And Determined That Was The Culprit Of The Leak. Cleared Drain Line As Well. Cycled Unit And Let It Run For 30 Minutes With No Signs Of Leaks Or Moisture.

Inspected Evaporator Coil To Insure System Hadn’t Froze Up. Upon Further Investigation Found Dual Capacitor In Outdoor Condenser Had Failed. Replaced Capacitor And Cycled System From Thermostat To Insure Proper Operation. System Is Cooling Properly At This Time With A Temperature Drop Of 20° Across The Evaporator Coil. Set Thermostat To 70° Before Departure.

A/C Is Cooling Properly At This Time With A Temperature Drop Of 21° Across The Evaporator Coil.

Removed Broken 1 1/2” Tubular Direct Connect Drainage Fitting On Laundry Sink And Replaced With New. Tested Repair By Cycling Water With No Issues. Tightened Down R O Supplied Drinking Faucet At Kitchen Sink. Unable To Replace Filters Informed Client . Also Found 3-4 Whole Limes And Lemons In Disposal. Removed And Informed Client Of Disposal Limitations. Inspected Side Inlet Toilet Handle Sticking When Used. Attempted To Disassemble Handle And Fix. Unable To Do So. Informed Client Of Findings. Client Wants To Wait On Replacement Of Side Inlet White Toilet Handle.

Added 2# 10oz Of R22 To Get Her Cooling Until We Can Get Her A AC Quote As I Advised Customer Not To Put Any More Money In To This Old AC.
