Cycled Furnace From Both Thermostats And Observed All Four Zone Dampers Operate Properly At This Time. Furnace Is Heating With A Temperature Rise Of 61°. Performed A Carbon Monoxide Test At The Supply Registers With Zero Ppm. Found Condenser Coil Dirty With Large Amounts Of Leaves And Debris Inside Unit. Measured Dual Run Capacitor Within Specifications And Found Line Voltage Contactor Points Slightly Pitted. The Air Conditioning System Was Not Operated Today Due To The Outdoor Ambient Temperature. Overall Condition Of The Furnace Is Very Poor. Recommend Considering Replacement Of The Furnace Due To Its Age And Condition. The Air Conditioning System Needs A Full Evaluation When Outdoor Ambient Temperatures Are Within The Operating Limits Of The Equipment To Determine Its Condition. Both The Furnace And Air Conditioning System Were Manufactured In 2006.
