Inspected Delta Cartridge In Upstairs Shower And Found Aged As Well. Replaced Cartridge And Installed New Client Supplied Tub Spout. Removed Cartridge In Downstairs Shower And Found Price Fister Cartridge That Would Need To Be Special Ordered. Client Opted For Shower Valve Replacement. Installed New Delta 1300 Chrome Shower Valve With Large Trim Kit. Tested Operation Post Repairs By Cycling Water While Observing No Issues At This Time.

Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Installed Client Supplied Delta Kitchen Faucet. Tested Operation Of Installation By Cycling Faucet While Observing No Leaks Or Issues At This Time. Also Inspected Delta Lav Faucet Findings 1/4” Supply Line Internally Obstructed With Debris. Disassembled Supply Line From Stop Valves And Cycled Water Backwards While Observing Large Amounts Of Debris But Proper Pressure. Informed Client Of Findings And That A New Lav Faucet Will Be Needed In Order For Proper Pressure To Return . No Other Issues At This Time.
