He recommended you for a difficult job where the copper tubing in our ceiling which provides our radiant heat was punctured. You did a very professional job fixing that issue.
That was over 20 years ago. When we recently ran into a problem with our sink (on a new install) that would not drain no matter what product we tried, we decided to call you again. It turns out the problem was more than a clogged p-trap or line blockage which he addressed in his trouble-shooting process. Only through sheer determination, experience and a 'stick-to-it' attitude, he (Mike?) discovered the culprit. It was a complicated issue that smacked of 'intentional sabatage' and it was so masterfully done, it wouldn't have been detected by someone who did not have the knowledge and determination of Mike.
So happy we called you and so happy you're still providing the quality of service that brought us to you some 20 years ago.
