Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Found Thermal Switch For Whirlpool 40 Gal Standard Vent Water Heater Tripped. Client Discussed Issues She Had 3 Years Ago With Thermopile And Thermal Switch. Water Heater Was Under Warranty At That Time And Issue Was Fixed Via Whirlpool Employee. Reset Switch And Conducted A Flame Sensor Cleaning Allowing For Inspection Of Thermopile And Air Inlet Screen. Observed Clean Burner Assembly With No Visible Blockages At Air Inlet Screen . Also Removed Small Amounts Of Carbon Build Up From Flame Sensor. Observed Proper Operation Of Water Heater Post Inspection/cleaning. Discussed With Client Pricing Of New Water Heater And Our Inability To Order Whirlpool Parts. Client Understands And Will Call Us Back When New Parts Are In Hand For Water Heater Or If She Would Like New Installation.

Informed Client Of Findings. Also Installed American Standard Right Height Elongated Toilet With Seat While Removing Existing Toilet.
