Cleaned Burners, Cleaned Flame Sensor, Cleaned Spark Ignition Components, Cleaned Pilot Assembly, Tested Relief Valve, Could Not Drain Expansion Tanks Due To Lack Of Isolation, Replaced Rollout Cut Off Limit Due To It Breaking Upon Removal And Found Fill Reducing Valve Failed. Cycled Boiler To Ensure Proper Operation And Unit Is Heating At This Time. Observed Boiler Cycle Off At 160° With A Pressure Of Approximately 24 PSIG. Expansion Tanks Are Water Logged And System Operating Pressure Is Higher Than Recommended. Unit Needs A New Fill Reducing Valve And Expansion Tanks Drained. Created An Estimate For The Required Repairs And Emailed Estimate To Client For Scheduling.
